Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Operations Manager to lead and oversee daily business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, managing teams, and implementing process improvements to support company growth. This role requires a strong leader with expertise in management, business development, and project management to ensure the organization meets its strategic objectives and maintains high performance standards.
ResponsibilitiesOperations & Workflow
- Track client status, deliverables, deadlines, and service timelines
- Improve and manage the client onboarding process
- Prepare and present operational KPIs and dashboards for leadership meetings
- Assist with internal accounting tasks and financial operations as needed
Team Support
- Participate in hiring, interviews, and onboarding for new employees
- Assist with employee scheduling, communication, and performance support
- Coordinate with outsourced HR partners (no HR certification required)
- Help maintain a positive, organized, and accountable team environment
Client Communication
- Provide professional, friendly, and timely communication
- Ensure consistent follow-through on client requests
- Draft clear and well-written emails, documentation, and internal instructions
Qualifications
- Experience in accounting operations, business management, or a similar operations role
- Strong organizational skills and comfort with process improvement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive, professional, solution-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently while keeping the team aligned
- Experience with cloud tools, CRMs, task management systems, and dashboards
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Compensation
- $5,000–$8,000 per month, based on experience and desired weekly hours
