We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Painter / General Laborer to join our team. This role supports day‑to‑day production operations, including shot blasting, painting, and general labor tasks in a metal fabrication environment.
Starting wage: $20.00/hour, with variation based on qualifications and experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Apply wet paint to raw metal parts using manual paint guns to achieve proper coverage and finish
- Clean, maintain, and set up paint guns and related equipment
- Mix paint according to specifications
- Perform visual inspections of parts to identify obvious defects
- Shot blast bare metal parts to achieve a snow‑white finish
- Assist in other production and general labor areas as needed
Qualifications
You may be a successful candidate if you:
- Have strong attention to detail
- Are able to lift up to 50 lbs as required
- Can perform basic measurements
- Hold a valid driver’s license
- Are dependable and able to follow safety and quality standards
