Summary of Position
The Electronic File Processor processes incoming SFTP and web-based New Hire Reporting files for AZ, CO, DE, KY, and WY, resolving file formatting and data issues when possible and coordinating employer resubmissions when needed. The role also manages the Send to State process for AZ, DE, and WY.
Essential Job Requirements
- Processes new hire files submitted electronically via SFTP file transfer and the Web
- Creates New Hire Send to State (STS) files for AZ, DE, and WY on time every day and ensures they are in correct format
- Fixes files that are submitted with incorrect formatting when possible
- Reaches out to employers submitting problem files regularly and provides them with the correct file formatting requirements
- Communicates with leadership and the rest of the team to ensure all work has been completed before generating daily STS files
- Enters information for files processed and daily STS file information for AZ, CO, DE, KY, and WY into SmartSheet daily
- Assists management team with special projects as needed
- Assists leadership with data entry functions as needed
- Maintains confidentiality and security of information
- Performs database queries to assist with analysis and reports issues when appropriate and necessary
- Regular and timely attendance
- Other duties as assigned
Required Education
High School Diploma or GED
Required Experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Notepad
Salary : $41,623 - $57,902
