Heritage Manor is rated a five-star skilled nursing facility by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid services. It provides an
adult day services program and is the only Veterans Administration approved provider of long-term care in Mahoning
County. We are also one of the highest-staffed buildings in Mahoning County and the surrounding areas.
*$250 after the completion of 6 months of service. Effective 1/27/21
**$500/quarter, up to a total of $2,500. (Rehires employed with us within the last 3 years are not eligible. PRN not eligible). Effective 4/4/21
Requirements
This position will provide direct and indirect resident care activities under the direction of an R.N. or LPN. Assists residents with activities of daily living, provides for personal care and comfort, and assists in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment for an assigned group of residents. Must be caring, reliable, and enjoy working with the elderly. Candidate must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen. Offer of employment contingent upon negative COVID-19 test results.
