Youngstedts is currently hiring Assistant Service Managers (ASM)
Our business is growing, and we are seeking passionate and motivated people to join our automotive service team.
As a Assistant Service Manager, your primary responsibility will be ensuring the efficient flow of work through the shop by ordering parts, supervising technicians, and maintaining a high level of customer service. The Assistant Service Manager is the vital link between the auto technician and the customer.
Other responsibilities of the Assistant Service Manager include:
- Manage the inventory of parts
- Schedule customer appointments
- Assure superior customer satisfaction
- Close the store
Ideal Assistant Service Manager candidates will possess the following:
- A high school diploma or GED
- A valid driver's license in order to drive company and customer vehicle
- Completion of automotive courses
- Automotive repair experience
- Retail sales experience
- The ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- The ability to readily respond to changing circumstances and expectations
- The availability to work a flexible work schedule

Immediate Openings
Monday - Friday
9:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Every Other Saturday
7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Must be able to work until store closes at 6:30 p.m. weeknights and be available to work every other Saturday. 5 day work weeks.
