What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Laborer - Shop Facility position at Youngblood Excavating & Contracting?
Youngblood Excavating is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a General Laborer. This individual will be cleaning equipment, trucks and vehicles as well as assisting in other areas in the shop as needed.
Responsibilities but not limited to:
Ability to perform manual labor and assist co-workers as directed
May operate various hand or power tools
Move equipment and trucks into the wash bay / wash & clean
Keep wash bay clean and organized
Assist in maintaining shop area, sweep floors, take out trash or any other items needed to maintain work area
Help with any other task assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
Must demonstrate a positive attitude.
Ability to work individually or as a part of a team.
Ability to stand, walk, sit, kneel, balance, stoop for long periods
Work outdoors in all weather conditions & extreme temperatures
- Ability to work long hours determined by scope of work
- Ability to lift minimum weight of 50 lbs.
- Valid Drivers License Reliable transportation to and from work
