Youngblood Automation, a division of H&P Technologies, is looking for an Entry-Level Assembly Technician to join our growing team. We're a leader in fluid power, motion control, and automation solutions—supporting a wide range of industries with cutting-edge technology and expert engineering.

What You’ll Do
- Assemble aluminum extrusion machines and mechanical systems based on engineering drawings and schematics
- Operate hand and power tools (saws, mills, drill press, tappers, etc.)
- Measure and cut materials using calipers and tape measures (inch and metric)
- Fabricate parts from raw materials and aluminum extrusions
- Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy
- Assist with machinery rigging, packing, and shipping
- Collaborate with team members to solve problems and improve processes
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical coursework or hands-on experience (preferred but not required)
- Strong basic math and measuring skills
- Comfortable using hand tools and working in a mechanical/assembly environment
- Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn
- Willingness and ability to obtain a forklift permit
