What You’ll Do (The Craft):
- Advanced Integration: Install and configure premium Audio/Video ecosystems—from displays and video walls to speakers and sophisticated control platforms.
- Infrastructure Excellence: Deploy and terminate structured cabling (Cat6, Fiber, Coax) with precision, ensuring TIA/EIA standards are met every time.
- Security & Networking: Build and support CCTV/IP surveillance, access control systems, and robust network hardware (Switches, Routers, WAPs).
- Technical Troubleshooting: Read blueprints and schematics like a pro, performing deep-dive diagnostics and service calls to ensure 100% system uptime.
- Rack Architecture: Lead professional rack build-outs and cable management that are as functional as they are aesthetic.
What You Bring to the Field:
- 2 Years of Experience: You’ve spent time in the trenches of new construction and retrofits, and you know your way around a job site.
- Network Fluency: You understand IP networking fundamentals and how they integrate with modern AV control systems.
- Physical Capability: Comfortable on ladders, lift-certified or able to lift 50 lbs, and expert use of hand/power tools.
- Professional Presence: You are the face of the company on-site, communicating clearly with clients and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
- Bonus Points: If you have experience with Control4, Crestron, Q-SYS, or Kramer Control, or hold a current CTS or BISCI certification, you’ll be at the top of our list.
