Position Overview:
We are seeking an in-person Counselor for our San Marino branch. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and experienced in working with middle and high school students.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students.
- Assist with academic planning, course selection, and extracurricular guidance.
- Support college application strategy and timeline management.
- Provide feedback on essays and application materials.
- Communicate with parents and maintain progress notes.
- Collaborate with branch staff and attend required meetings or trainings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. college admissions.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Previous counseling, advising, or teaching experience preferred.
- Must be available for in-person work at San Marino.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
