About the Role
Young Scholars is seeking a motivated College Counselor to support students with academic planning and the college admissions process.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small-group college counseling sessions
- Guide students on course selection, extracurricular planning, and college lists
- Support students with personal statements and supplemental essays
- Communicate with families and track student progress
- Attend trainings and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Counseling, teaching, or admissions experience preferred
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Must work in person at the Fullerton branch
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
