Position Overview:
We are seeking a professional and experienced Center Director for our La Cañada branch. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with parents and students in both English and Korean or Mandarin.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily center operations, staff coordination, and student scheduling.
- Communicate with parents regarding enrollment, progress updates, and academic planning.
- Support counselors and instructors to ensure quality of services.
- Handle branch-level administration, including time sheets, onboarding, and parent inquiries.
- Manage event planning, workshops, and promotional activities.
- Ensure branch compliance with company policies and maintain service quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Bilingual: English Korean or English Mandarin (required).
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Experience in education, counseling, or administrative management preferred.
- Ability to work in-person with occasional evenings/weekends during peak seasons.
