Considering Adding Another Truck – Looking for the Right Driver
Young’s Trucking is exploring the addition of another truck to our fleet. Before making that investment, we’re looking to connect with an experienced Class A CDL driver who resides in the Southwest Missouri or Northwest Arkansas area.
This would be a dedicated Over-the-Road (OTR) position, with drivers typically out 1–2 weeks at a time before returning home.
Truck will be based in Washburn, Missouri, so applicants should live within a reasonable driving distance.
Compensation
- $0.55 per mile
- Weekly pay
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable OTR experience within the past 3 years
- No felony convictions, drug charges, or DUI convictions within the past 10 years
- No more than 1 moving violation or 1 preventable accident within the past 3 years
- Professional attitude with a strong commitment to safety
