Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Realtor Sales Associate based in Glassboro, NJ. The role involves engaging with clients, assisting them in buying, selling, or renting real estate, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include property showings, negotiating transactions, maintaining relationships with clients, and staying informed about local real estate markets. While some work will be completed on-site, there is flexibility for remote work as well.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to deliver excellent client experiences
- Proficiency in Real Estate practices and knowledge of Real Property laws
- Experience or skills in Sales and Negotiation, with a focus on achieving client satisfaction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment
