Young Powertech, a fast-growing manufacturer and distributor of mechanical and hydraulic products used in mobile and industrial applications has an immediate opening for a Sales Administrator to support the sales team. The position is located at the company headquarters in Garnet Valley, PA.
The specific job duties include:
· Answer phone calls from customers promptly and professionally.
· Answer questions, take orders, and follow-up with customers.
· Contact customers to follow-up on quotes.
· Work with production planning team to get status of orders.
· Maintain notes of activities in company CRM.
· Timely and accurate completion of other sales or customer related projects as assigned.
Specific skills required include:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Customer service or inside sales experience.
· Experience using Sage 100 or another CRM system, a plus.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, including good English grammar.
· Good telephone skills and etiquette.
· Good Microsoft Excel skills.
