Our Young Grizzly Harley-Davidson / Powersports dealership in Missoula, Montana, is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor will act as the liaison between customers and our service technicians, ensuring clear communication and outstanding service throughout the repair process. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, automotive knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Schedule service appointments and gather customer and vehicle information.
- Accurately document customer concerns and prepare repair orders.
- Advise customers on recommended maintenance and additional service needs.
- Provide clear estimates for labor and parts, obtaining approval for any additional repairs.
- Monitor repair progress and keep customers informed of updates, timelines, and costs.
- Explain completed repairs and review all charges with customers.
- Maintain accurate service records, pricing guides, and department forms.
- Handle customer phone inquiries and help ensure a high-quality service experience that minimizes repeat repairs.
Qualifications:
- A passion for Powersports, and growth
- Sales skills & experience preferred
- History of solid and successful employment with good references
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
- Clean driving record
- Able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Any experience with Brands like Harley Davidson, Honda, Yamaha, Polaris, Beta, and Husqvarna is a PLUS
