Young Painting & Décor is a family-owned painting company based in the Sarasota–Bradenton area, known for high-quality craftsmanship, professional job sites, and steady, year-round work. We’re hiring an experienced painter who takes pride in clean lines, proper prep, and finishing jobs the right way.
Our primary focus is high-end residential interior and exterior painting, with additional commercial projects throughout Sarasota and Manatee counties, including storefronts, clubhouses, perimeter walls, and hospitality spaces.

This Role Is a Good Fit If You:
- Live in the Sarasota / Bradenton area
- Have 5 years of professional painting experience (residential or commercial)
- Are confident in cutting in, brushing trim, rolling, prep, and masking
- Have experience spraying interiors and/or exteriors
- Want full-time, steady work (40 hours/week)
- Are looking for a company where quality and reliability matter
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Reviewing daily work orders and job details
- Preparing surfaces properly (patching, sanding, masking, protecting areas)
- Applying paint with precision using brush, roller, and spray equipment
- Maintaining clean, professional job sites
- Completing punch-list items and final walk-throughs
- Following all safety procedures, including OSHA guidelines
- Communicating clearly with supervisors and team members
