Role Description
This is a hybrid role, and the candidate must be located in Tampa for occasional in-person tasks and
on-site responsibilities. The Director of Client Relations will manage day-to-day administrative and
operational duties while providing high-level executive support across the agency.
Key responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating NIL meetings, supporting and servicing
clients across the NFL, College (NCAA), and NBA, and overseeing daily communication among
athletes, agents, partners, and internal teams. The role also involves preparing and managing
expense reports, organizing documents, handling logistics, and ensuring smooth, consistent
operations within the executive office. The Director of Client Relations will be a central point of
contact, ensuring that all client needs and internal workflows are handled efficiently, professionally,
and proactively.
