Young Minds is a well-established Montessori Preschool with over 15 years of experience in child care. We are a family-owned education center with a specialized curriculum to have our children ready for kindergarten and beyond, with emphasis in reading, writing and basic math skills.
After establishment and moving to a new commercial building in Cedar Park, TX, we currently have the highest review rating and number of reviews within the community. We are looking for new team members to join our enthusiastic and passionate group of teachers to help grow and nurture the impact we are having on our community's children.

Position: Montessori Lead Guide (Primary 3-6yrs) Full-time
Requirements:
- Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
- AMS Certification preferred
- Preferred additional qualifications: early childcare experience
- Strong Communication skills
- Commitment to professional development and willingness to continue to learn and grow
- Be reliable, positive, flexible, and enthusiastic about all children and families
- Nurturing and loving teaching style
- CPR/1st Aid certification upon hire
- Exceed state minimum licensing requirements at all times by providing a stimulating and safe environment for all children at all times.
