The Welcome Desk Specialist provides excellent, friendly, and welcoming member service while displaying a positive, professional attitude. Responsible for greeting all incoming members, visitors, and guests.

• Must be at least 15 years of age. • Must be supervised by staff 18 years of age. Minors are not to be in building alone. • Obtain and maintain current certifications in First Aid and Oxygen Administration (CPR AED if opening/closing staff) Mandatory trainings within 60-90 days of employment: • YMCA New Employee Orientation • Safety and Risk Management • Praesidium: Duty to Report • Praesidium: Keeping your YMCA Safe
