What are the responsibilities and job description for the Infant Teacher- North High CDC position at YOUNG MEN'S CHRISTIAN ASSOCIATION OF WICHITA KANSAS?
GENERAL FUNCTION: This position is responsible for meeting the developmental needs of children birth through five years of age in a group setting. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: planning and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans, providing a safe and secure environment, providing documentation of positive developmental outcomes for students, as well as maintaining positive relations and communications with families, partnership agencies and program staff. Directing a classrooms assistants, aides, and volunteers to meet program standards will make the CDC successful.
