What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fitness INTERNSHIP - Steve Clark YMCA position at YOUNG MEN'S CHRISTIAN ASSOCIATION OF WICHITA KANSAS?
Students who agree to participate in the Growing Leaders Internship program are responsible for learning about the mission, vision, and values of the association, applicable policies and procedures, and for completing conditions of employment requirements.
While actively associated with the Growing Leaders Internship program, interns will also be responsible for:
Completing the Growing Leaders Intern program requirements, to include:
- Signing the Internship Agreement
- Developing Learning Objectives for the internship experience
- Submitting a Weekly Activity Report
- Submitting a Final Evaluation regarding overall internship upon completion of program
- Participating in an in-person, exit interview at the end of the internship.
- Fulfilling the Growing Leaders Internship program, with no significant changes and within the established schedule or timeline.
NOTE: Current YMCA are not eligible for Internship Opportunities at this time.
