Under the direction of the Wellness/Fitness Director, the Fitness Floor Associate
(FFA) is responsible for ensuring members and guests have an exceptional experience while on the fitness
floor. The FFA will create a safe, welcoming environment where members can learn and connect with
YMCA resources that empower them to achieve their health and wellness goals.
