Location: Montgomery, AL, 36117
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk associate to join our team in Montgomery, AL. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
Monday through Friday, 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm
