Responsibilities
- Meet sales & performance goals as established.
- Solicits warm leads for new business.
- Develop insurance quotes and finalize policies.
- Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
Requirements
- NC Property & Casualty Licensed Preferred, if not licensed we provide licensing options.
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Sales or Service experience is a plus.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Excellent Communication/Interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic.
Salary : $18 - $20
