Responsibilities:
- Vehicle merchandising and lot presentation
- Taking and managing vehicle photos
- Maintaining overall organization and flow of the lot
- Keeps new/used vehicle lots neat and orderly
- Moves cars as directed by Managers in accordance with dealership display standards
- Assists supporting the service and sales teams as directed
- Picks up vehicles from and delivers vehicles to customers and off-site sales as directed by management
- Clean and detailer vehicles on lot and for customers
- Assisting with oversight of part-time lot technicians
- Supporting additional dealership needs as assigned
Qualifications:
- History of excellent attendance and work performance
- Previous dealership, merchandising, or related experience preferred
- Proficient in photography
- Attention to detail
- Ability to take on leadership responsibilities
- Valid Driver’s License (clean driving record required)
- Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check
- Be able to work full-time
