Young Entrepreneurs Across America has been developing student leaders and entrepreneurs since 1987 through hands-on business ownership, leadership development, sales, recruiting, and management training. Through programs like Student Painters, college students gain real-world experience running and growing their own businesses while being mentored by experienced leaders.
We are seeking a highly motivated, full-time General Manager to lead and grow our New England Division.
This is not a traditional management position. This is an opportunity to build people, develop leaders, drive sales growth, recruit top talent, and directly impact the success of hundreds of student entrepreneurs across the region.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The General Manager serves as the primary leader for the New England Division and is responsible for recruiting, coaching, mentoring, and developing college student Branch Managers who operate Student Painters businesses throughout the region.
The ideal candidate is competitive, highly organized, passionate about leadership development, and excited about helping young entrepreneurs achieve extraordinary results.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Leadership Development
- Recruit, mentor, and develop college student leaders
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions
- Lead training workshops and leadership meetings
- Build a high-performance culture focused on growth and accountability
Recruiting
- Build relationships with colleges and universities throughout New England
- Recruit top student talent for the Student Painters program
- Conduct interviews and selection processes
- Develop recruiting strategies to expand market reach
Sales & Business Development
- Coach students on sales systems and customer acquisition
- Monitor sales performance and business growth metrics
- Develop regional growth strategies
- Assist students in achieving revenue and profitability goals
Operations & Management
- Manage divisional performance and key business metrics
- Travel throughout New England to support teams in the field
- Coordinate training events and leadership conferences
- Partner with executive leadership to execute company initiatives

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proven leadership experience
