Licensed Therapist (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) – Children, Teens & Families
Location: Greenfield, IN (Hybrid: In-person Telehealth)
Compensation: 60% to 70% reimbursement of monies received Bonuses

What You’ll Do
As part of our clinical team, you’ll:
- Provide therapeutic services (individual, family, or group therapy) to children, adolescents, and caregivers.
- Conduct intake evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and develop treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the Intake Coordinator to ensure timely client engagement and placement.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in our EMR system.
- Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and collaborative care when appropriate.
- Uphold the mission and values of Young Clinical Services in all clinical work.

You’re a licensed mental health professional with a deep desire to bring healing and growth to children, teens, and families. You may be the right fit if you:
- Hold an active LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT license in Indiana (LMHC-A’s will be considered)
- Are passionate about working with children, students, and their caregivers. Preference will be given if you enjoy working with couples and families.

Key Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy.
- Fully licensed in Indiana (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT preferred).
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
- Comfortable with a caseload of 15 client sessions per week.
- Proficiency in EMR systems and basic computer tools.
- In-network credentialing is a plus (or willingness to complete credentialing support process).
- Strong communication skills and cultural competence.

Location Requirement
Must be able to work from or relocate to Greenfield, IN 46140 or Fortville, IN 46040 before starting. Hybrid remote work available.
