We are actively hiring an Events & Venues Sales Representative to join our team at Young Automotive Group. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable picking up the phone, following up relentlessly, and turning an inquiry into a booked event. You'll work closely with our Events Team to make sure every event you sell is set up to succeed.

- Call, email, and follow up on inbound leads and inquiries to book events and venue rentals
- Prospect and generate new business through outreach to local companies, organizations, and community partners
- Conduct venue tours and consultations, matching clients to the right space and package
- Build custom proposals, quotes, and contracts; negotiate terms and close bookings
- Manage the full sales pipeline in our CRM — logging activity, tracking follow-ups, and keeping records accurate
- Hand off booked events to the Events Team with complete, accurate details
- Maintain relationships with past clients to drive repeat and referral business
- Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly booking goals
- Represent Young Automotive Group at networking events and community functions
- A Minimum of 2 years of sales or account management experience; event, venue, hospitality, or catering sales is a plus
- Confidence on the phone — comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
- Strong closing skills and the ability to manage a pipeline without being chased
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Organization and attention to detail, especially when juggling multiple bookings
- Experience with a CRM and general comfort with technology
- Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends for tours and events
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
