Young Blood Beer Co is an award-winning, boundary-pushing microbrewery with two locations in Madison (King St and Nothstreet) and a newly opened DeForest taproom.

We are hiring for our DeForest kitchen.

So what exactly are we looking for?

• You will help support our kitchen while primarily working the line, executing a food menu that utilizes scratch cooking techniques to embody and channel Young Blood's eclectic and uncompromising ethos
• You love food and believe casual bar food can be as imaginative and creative as the highest echelon fine dining restaurants, and you are ready to help create the next level.
• You are organized, efficient, and work calmly under pressure. You embrace the unknown because you are part of something new.
• You feel that cleanliness and proper sanitation aren't just items on a checklist but are necessary for long-term success.
• You help keep our kitchen organized and report low inventory and waste items so that we can continue to put out high-quality food in an efficient and organized manner.
• You must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis and work on your feet for an entire shift.
• You will be the missing piece to a unique collection of individuals working together as a team to create an inclusive and exemplary experience for all who enter the Young Blood tap room.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
