Young Blood Beer Company is an award-winning, boundary-pushing microbrewery holding it down on King Street in downtown Madison, just steps from the Capitol, and we’re growing. With our new DeForest spot coming online in May. We’re building a kitchen team that hits just as hard as our beer.

We’re not here to play it safe. And neither are you.

So what exactly are we looking for?

• You will help support our kitchen while primarily working the pit while helping out with light work, like putting truck product away, helping with keeping things clean and prep.
• You love food and believe casual bar food can be as imaginative and creative as the highest echelon fine dining restaurants, and you are ready to help create the next level.
• You are organized, efficient, and work calmly under pressure. You embrace the unknown because you are part of something new.
• You feel that cleanliness and proper sanitation aren't just items on a checklist but are necessary for long-term success.
• You help keep our kitchen organized and report low inventory and waste items so that we can continue to put out high-quality food in an efficient and organized manner.
• You must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis and work on your feet for an entire shift.
• You will be the missing piece to a unique collection of individuals working together as a team to create an inclusive and exemplary experience for all who enter the Young Blood tap room.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
