We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Title Clerk. The Title Clerk plays a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of vehicle titles, maintaining compliance with state regulations, and supporting the overall administrative functions of our dealership. Responsibilities
- Work with other dealerships
- DMV
- and financial institutions
- Performs title and vehicle audits on a regular basis
- Fills in for other administrative positions as needed and directed by management
- Assists in monthly closings
- Prepares tax and title documents
- Submits all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles
- Maintain multiple reports
- including Permit Logs
- Titling Reports
- Plating Reports
- etc
- Making Payoffs for trade-in vehicles
- Stocking in New Vehicles and purchasing Used Vehicles
Qualifications
- You must have a history of successful employment with excellent attendance and punctuality
- A desire to learn and grow with a great company
- A valid Driver’s License and good driving record
- Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check
