In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to our existing and potential customers to promote our service offerings, schedule appointments, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• • Provide high level of customer service to internal and external customers
  • Schedule appointments for service customers
  • Follow up on recalls and warranty work
  • Confirm appointments and reschedule no-show appointments
  • Work with and follow up with Service Department Advisors and Managers to determine outcomes and appointments kept
  • Generate letters and thank you cards and emails
  • Make CSI follow up calls to all customers
  • Answer incoming service calls/leads - instant messages - chats

Qualifications

• • Previous customer service experience is required
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Attention to detail and organization
  • Valid driver''s license
  • Good driving record
  • Pass Background Check and Pre-Employment Drug Screen
