- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs
- Build relationships and provide top-notch customer service throughout the sales process
- Stay up to date with car sales trends, promotions, and financing options
- Work in a fast-paced retail environment, meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless sales experience
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail are preferred but not required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A positive, goal-oriented attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and product knowledge
- Valid driver’s license and a professional appearance
- Pass background and pre-employment drug screen
