- Lead a dynamic group of Sales Professionals to reach their maximum potential

- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Work cohesively with other Department Managers to ensure the dealership is operating at full potential
- Maintain a strong knowledge of all vehicle makes and models
- Manage an effective inventory turn for both new and used vehicles
- Assist with marketing and advertising strategies for the dealership
- Actively participate in effective training and development meetings
- Maintaining customer experience scores
