Responsibilities
- Lead

- and develop a high-performing internet sales team
- Manage and respond to inbound internet leads quickly and effectively
- Drive appointment setting and maintain strong show ratios (50% )
- Execute consistent follow-up to convert leads into showroom traffic
- Handle third-party leads and online inquiries to generate sales opportunities
- Track activity and performance within CRM tools
- Train team members on internet sales and lead management best practices
- Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and conversion
- Ensure a professional and seamless customer experience throughout the online process
- Support dealership sales goals
- including evenings and weekends as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of automotive dealership sales experience (required)
- Proven success in handling internet leads and driving appointment conversions
- Strong leadership ability with experience developing or mentoring others
