We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Chrysler Parts Manager to join our automotive team. In this vital role, your expertise will ensure dealership profitability, while maintaining appropriated inventory and providing an outstanding parts experience to our customers, technicians and employees. Your energetic approach will help drive customer satisfaction, promote additional services, and support the overall success of our dealership’s service, sales and parts department. Responsibilities.
- Lead a team of experienced parts personnel, young technicians and employees committed to Young's legacy and customer service
- This is a working manager's job, not a retirement position. Come ready to make a difference!
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize parts and accessories and ensure timely completion of services.
- Manage a substantial Chrysler and aftermarket inventory
- Ensure obsolescence is kept under 5%
- Ensure returns are handled promptly and efficiently
- Set an outstanding example for your team and your peers
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and promote future business through excellent customer service.
Skills
- Excellent mathmatical skills
- Ability to understand a manufacturer's financial statement: specifically Parts and Service's contribution to both gross and net profits
- Ability to think on your feet: to effectively handle an "ever evolving" industry
- Excellent communication skills: ability to lead with purpose and empathy
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally.
- Reasonable accounting skills
- Certified Chrysler experience preferred, but not required
Pay: $76,559.00 - $154,779.00 per year
