Residential Leasing Agent
Young America Realty is growing our Residential Division, and we’re looking for an experienced Residential Leasing Agent who knows how to connect with prospects, close leases, and deliver excellent service from first inquiry through move-in.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is energized by sales, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in helping residents find the right home.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
• Guiding prospective residents through the leasing process
• Showing available apartments and promoting our residential portfolio
• Converting inquiries and tours into signed leases
• Building strong knowledge of our properties, promotions, and leasing incentives
• Communicating consistently with prospects and residents through our CRM processes
• Processing applications, leasing paperwork, move-ins, and inspections
• Supporting leasing goals while providing a high level of customer service
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of sales or leasing experience, strong closing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
An Illinois Leasing License is required within 120 days of employment, and reliable transportation is required.
