YouLand is an AI-native real estate lending platform with over $2.1B funded across bridge, fix-and-flip, ground-up construction, and rental loans. We close fast, operate transparently, and build lasting relationships with the investors, brokers, and developers we serve.
We are looking for an Operations Analyst to join our growing team. This is a on-site role: part client-facing relationship manager, part operational support for leadership and loan servicing. You will be the steady, reliable presence that keeps deals moving and clients coming back.
What you will be doing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, brokers, and developers across the country
• Understand each borrower's project goals and guide them toward the right loan structure and timeline
• Manage clients through the full lending process, from initial inquiry to funding, with clear and proactive communication
• Coordinate closely with our operations and underwriting teams to keep deals on track and closings smooth
• Support loan servicing operations, including monitoring active loan portfolios, tracking draw requests, and ensuring timely processing of borrower payments and disbursements
• Assist in managing post-close borrower relationships, including construction draw coordination, payoff requests, and loan modifications
• Provide operational and executive support to leadership, including scheduling, communications, and project follow-through
• Maintain an organized pipeline and deliver a consistently excellent borrower experience
• Relay client feedback to help us improve our products and processes
