Prelicensed Mental Health Therapist Bilingual Spanish

Youable Emotional Health is seeking a prelicensed mental health therapist with Spanish language fluency to join our team in Richfield.  This role supports individuals and families in the Twin Cities area who face barriers to accessing quality mental health care.  We are especially seeking a clinician who is passionate about working with children and adolescents, while also serving clients across the lifespan.  Our work is grounded in a strengths-based, culturally-responsive approach that honors the dignity, resilience, and potential of every person we serve.

About the Role

In this position, you will provide outpatient therapy in a private office setting, supporting clients as they work toward meaningful mental health goals.  You will be a part of a collaborative, supportive clinical team that values reflection, consultation, and shared learning.

You will:

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide ongoing individual therapy to clients of varying ages
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate mental health services
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and treatment team members when appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in reflective supervision and integrate feedback into clinical practice
• Build strong therapeutic relationships using evidence-based interventions

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a clinician who is:

• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Committed to culturally responsive, client-centered care
• Comfortable working with children and adolescents
• Skilled in or open to learning evidence-based therapeutic modalities
• Organized and reliable in managing documentation and clinical responsibilities
• Open to collaboration, feedback, and ongoing professional development
• Able to work two evenings per week to reduce client barriers to care

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health field
  • MSW candidates must hold an LGSW license
• Prelicensed on mental health licensure track (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP)
• Interest in serving diverse communities and populations
