Job Title: Administrative Assistant

FLSA status: Non-Exempt

Reporting to: Director, Revenue Operations

Location: Richfield

Target Start Date: ASAP

Hours: 3:00-8:00PM Monday-Thursday, with Friday hours variable

Purpose of the position: As part of the Operations Support team, you will create and maintain an efficient and effective service delivery experience. You will provide excellent, timely customer service to a diverse range of clients on the phone or in person. You will also provide administrative support to client service programs and team members.

Goals and Outcomes:

  • Assist the billing department for all requests and needed documents related to various program areas.
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service.
  • Ensure and maintain records management in compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Effectively communicate, partner, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Operate in alignment with all agency and regulatory policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned. 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma 
  • Two years of customer service experience (answering phones, checking in clients, email, faxing, filing, etc.)
  • Sitting for extended periods of time
  • Ability to bend and lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a mental health setting
  • Experience with Electronic Health Records
  • Experience working with adolescents and their families
  • Bilingual

  • Ability to travel between Youable locations (if needed)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Youable Services
  • Ability to interact respectfully with a diverse range of individuals
  • Ability to inspire trust and rapport with clients, team members and stakeholders
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time efficiently
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at the same time
