Job Overview
We operate a 16-bed mental health crisis stabilization facility providing short-term care for individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our team. In this role, you will perform nursing assessments upon admission, administer and monitor medications, observe and document client progress, and provide basic health education and support throughout each client’s stay. You’ll work closely with our clinical and therapeutic staff to ensure a safe, supportive, and recovery-oriented environment.
