You're In CONTROL!® is a specialty occupational therapy practice dedicated to helping women and families take control of their bodies through exceptional rehabilitation and education. Located in Kokomo, Indiana, we provide one-on-one, evidence-based care for pelvic health, prenatal and postpartum rehabilitation, lymphedema, bowel and bladder dysfunction, pelvic pain, and other complex conditions across the lifespan.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant at You're In CONTROL!®, you will work closely with occupational therapists to deliver exceptional, evidence-based rehabilitation in a highly collaborative environment. Every patient receives one-on-one care in a private treatment room, allowing you to focus on quality rather than volume.
This position offers the opportunity to develop advanced clinical skills in pelvic health, women's health, prenatal and postpartum rehabilitation, lymphedema, orthopedic rehabilitation, and therapeutic exercise. Prior pelvic health experience is welcomed but not required—we value clinicians with strong fundamentals, curiosity, and a desire to learn.
Responsibilities- Deliver individualized occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of an occupational therapist.
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered one-on-one treatment sessions.
- Educate patients on home exercise programs, body mechanics, and healthy movement strategies.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising occupational therapist.
- Document treatment accurately and efficiently using our electronic health record.
- Collaborate with therapists and administrative staff to provide an exceptional patient experience.
- Participate in continuing education, competency development, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Contribute ideas that improve patient care, clinical systems, and workplace culture.
