What are the responsibilities and job description for the temporary nanny needed for 35 hours/week + position at You Need It Nannies, LLC?
Temporary nanny/house manager needed in Potomac, MD
Start date: January 1, 2027 End date: May 1st, but extension possible if its the right match
M-F 12 to 7 PM, if candidate is interested in more hours then the family welcomes 12-8 PM shifts 2 Saturdays or Sundays per month with applicable overtime.
Family will provide vehicle for on duty travel
3 children ages newborn (approx. 3 months) , 4.5 and 5.5 years old at the start of position
Ideal candidate is safety focused and hands on, engaging in educational activities, and strong childhood development experience
Calendar control, pickup/drop offs for school, and other house manager related tasks
Must be CPR certified, non smoker, 3 years recent FT experience caring for these ages, US authorization to work, able to provide 3 professional references from childcare settings (nanny, daycare, camp, etc)
Must be cautious about allergies as there is a severe tree nut/peanut allergy in the house. Must not bring these foods into the home
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 45.0 per week
