Who Are We?
You Move Me is a moving franchise & we are looking for crew members to join our team in Indian Land. Our aim is to move our customers as well as their boxes! We mostly do home to home moves but we also do office & commercial moves too!
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Office Administrator to support our daily operations. This role is the front line of our business—handling incoming calls, assisting customers with service and sales inquiries, and ensuring clear communication between clients and our moving teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage inbound customer calls related to service, sales, and general inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving concerns and ensuring a positive experience
- Support sales efforts by assisting with quotes, bookings, and follow-ups
- Communicate effectively with movers, drivers, and leadership to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain accurate customer records and job details in company systems/CRM
- Handle scheduling updates, confirmations, and administrative tasks
- Ensure strong follow-through on all customer interactions and internal requests
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
- Google or Microsoft Office experience; experience with CRM systems is a strong plus
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to follow-through
