What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cave Guide position at YOU Cave?
Company Description YOU Cave (Youth Opportunities Underground) is dedicated to introducing young people and youth groups to the unique experience of caving. The organization promotes caving as a non-competitive team activity that builds cooperation, confidence, and resilience. Programs are designed to offer close, respectful interaction with the natural environment while encouraging positive physical and psychological growth. YOU Cave is committed to making this extraordinary adventure accessible and safe for as many young people as possible. Team members share a passion for youth development, outdoor education, and environmental stewardship.
Volunteer position one or two days per month in south central Pennsylvania.
Must be at least 16 years old.
Experience working with youth organizations such as Scouting America, Girl Scouts of USA, summer camps, and others.
Experience with outdoor activities.
