We are seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to provide companionship and support to our clients in a variety of settings, including their homes, assisted living facilities, and nursing homes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving the quality of life for individuals in need of assistance, and will possess the skills necessary to ensure a safe and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide companionship and support by engaging clients in conversation, activities, and hobbies.
Accompany individual to an appointment by facility transport.
Coordinate and communicate with family members, healthcare professionals, and other caregivers regarding the care plan and client’s needs.
Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with best practices in caregiving and client care.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in caregiving or nursing assistance preferred.
Previous experience in a caregiving role is highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and patient demeanor.
CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required depending on job location.
