JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a caring, friendly, and driven team member to join us at our Optometry office in Winter Garden, Florida. Duties and responsibilities include working closely with patients to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. You should be able to promptly resolve complaints and ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome incoming patients
- Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- Build productive trust relationships with customers
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Maintain office cleanliness and sanitization
- Checking patients in and out
- Verifying and filing insurance benefits
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
