Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architecture and design of Appian applications.
- Define technical standards, frameworks, and reusable components.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Oversee development teams, ensuring adherence to Appian best practices.
- Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization of Appian applications.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture and security standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in Appian BPM.
- Strong expertise in Appian architecture, design patterns, and integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Appian plug-ins, smart services, and APIs.
- Proficiency in Appian 21.x/22.x or higher versions.
- Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Appian Level 2 or Level 3 certification.
- Experience in cloud deployments (AWS, Azure).
- Prior experience working with financial services or large enterprise clients.
