Job Title: Lead Generative AI Engineer

Location: Charlotte, NC Onsite Role

Duration: 12 Months Contract

 

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Generative AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions and enterprise-grade Generative AI applications.

Required Skills:

  • Strong technical leadership, architecture, and mentoring skills.ars of experience in Software, Data, or ML Engineering.
  • 3 years of experience leading technical teams.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and production AI/ML systems.
  • Expertise in Python, RAG, Agentic AI, and AI orchestration frameworks.
  • Experience with LLM fine-tuning, model serving, quantization, and self-hosted models.
  • Experience deploying AI solutions on cloud plat
