Community Manager – 100-Unit Residential Community

Salary Range: $58,000–$66,000 annually
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (40 hours/week, with flexibility)

Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and proactive Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of our beautiful, well-maintained 100-unit property in a highly desirable location with excellent amenities. This role is vital in fostering a welcoming environment, ensuring resident satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service and appearance.

The Community Manager serves as the primary point of contact for residents, applicants, staff, and vendors—driving community success through strong communication, customer service, problem-solving, and operational oversight. If you thrive in a dynamic setting and are passionate about creating thriving communities, this opportunity is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of daily property operations, including leasing, resident relations, occupancy goals, and maintenance coordination.
  • Maintain and exceed performance metrics, including a target occupancy rate of 100%.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Oversee leasing activities, tours, applications, screenings, lease signings, and renewals.
  • Coordinate and monitor maintenance requests to ensure timely completion and excellent resident experience.
  • Ensure property appearance, safety, and presentation standards remain consistent and high-quality.
  • Support rent collection, notices, communication logs, and accurate recordkeeping.
  • Maintain accurate files, data entry, and documentation using property management software.
  • Build and maintain positive, long-term resident relationships to support retention and renewals.
  • Uphold compliance with tenant regulations, and company policies.

Experience & Skills

  • Previous property management, leasing, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred—but we are willing to train the right person.
  • Strong communication, organization, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve, multitask, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable, professional, and committed to delivering exceptional resident service.
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn property management systems.
  • Experience coordinating maintenance or facilities workflows is a plus.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary range of $58,000–$66,000 based on experience.
  • A beautifully maintained community in an excellent location to proudly manage.
  • Hands-on training and ongoing support from leadership.
  • Opportunities for growth within a stable and expanding organization.
  • A positive, collaborative work environment where your contributions matter.
